The value of Norwood over the last year has been decimated. This is a fact regardless of whether you think the market is valuing Norwood correctly.

Allowing management to increase their salary and award themselves additional free securities while they refuse to buy any shares with their own money, at the same time as they are asking shareholders to is, in my view, pathetic. It shows absolute contempt for you.

Things you can do to express your dissatisfaction.

1) Vote against the resolution to award PO his free shares. He has 200m+ other reasons to perform.

2) Issue as 'first strike' against the companies remuneration report. You need 25% of shareholders to vote 'no' when asked to adopt the remuneration report.

3) Call a shareholders meeting or add a resolution to the agenda for the AGM (not sure how the timing works for that). 5% of shareholders can put a resolution to a meeting, or call a separate meeting. As owners of the company you can push for change and effect change if your resolutions are passed at that meeting.

*You could resolve to ask the board to present the business cases for all the current apps including their research into the expected uptake, revenue forecasts and costs yielding an expected return.

*You could resolve to ask the board to prepare a report on the goals set and achieved of the BoD to explain their remuneration packages. With particular emphasis on revenue generation.

*You could resolve to ask the board to provide monthly updates on downloads, revenues and uptake of all apps.

You have significant opportunity if you can be bothered or think it could help put a firecracker under management.
