    Man I'd be PISSED if I was a holder. Paul's snout in the trough again to the tune of 60mil options.


    Likely exercise price is 0.8-1.0c vesting and expiring at some point 12-48 months from now.


    So he refused to chip in with the CR in order to earn the options attached (exercise price 0.8c) like he's asking shareholders to and instead just gives them to himself (on the agreement of SH).


    This management are just beyond hopeless. Can someone please boot this bag of farts out of the plush chairs and put in someone decent.
