Why contribute extra cash. When you can have 60m options issued for free.
With a strike price - at current trading conditions - the same as that which other shareholders have to contribute cash for and get their additional 0.8c option on the side.

Heck maybe some of the pay rise will go to converting some of them if the SP ever sees 1c+ again.

Interesting to see revenue for the company head from ~$700k in FY2016 down to sub $300k in FY 2018.
Meanwhile, the CEO is pocketing over $300k per annum now (before the options and share perks) a rise of over $100k p.a on previous years.

And most astonishingly, this resolution will probably pass given the apathy + blinded enthusiasm of some major holders over the last few years.

I'm sure Paul needs those options to get the bank to sign... Last year he needed a $1 million Capital Raise to get a signature, now they're holding out for Paul to get his options....

That's what some believe, I'm sure of it.
