I have just realised that Resolution 4 shares have already been issued. I thought they wanted to issue the shares but they've already been issued. Resolution 4's is only to provide the company with another 5% placement capacity. If Resolution 4 fails, it leaves the company with only 10% placement capacity. If passed, together with resolution 3, this will allow the company to raise funds up to 15% of the number of shares being approx 150m shares fully diluted. At current share price of 4c, this means a raise of $6M
