I will be happy to participate in contributing any capital needed to get the tests to commercial sales. Vote for 3 and amend 4 to set an average price over the prior 6 weeks to the issue date. 1.5 is to cheap. Not shocked at the 1.5 as two weeks ago that might have seemed necessary.
The company has been run lean and tight and any money needed is to get to revenue streams. The date for commercial launch is only 2021 or early possibly. It would not make sense imo starve and delay launch or make it harder than necessary.
