Also, a prediction here because it doesn't really belong anywhere else.
Since shares out standing are at about $2b and the stock will need a boost when/if the $40m is brought in to fund this to stand-alone capabilities, I reckon we'll see a 2/3 share consolidation, bringing outstanding shares to about 1.3b. Perhaps as sharp as 1/2, but I think 2/3 is more likely looking a the number of shares typically in circulation on the ASX for telco and tech companies.
