My quick reading from the announcement is that we can nominate a proxy voter, without being able to specify the options. Hence we need to make sure the proxy voter will act as per our intention.
Seems we need an assigned number to log on to the online, but I am not clear that will enable us to vote directly from there or just to elect proxy voter.
