I agree, there are positives and negatives that need to be thought about.

Personally, I think having Huayou, who is IMO our most likely suiter for a TO, sitting at every board meeting and having access to all company information and plans forward is a bad idea.

The less anyone outside the company knows the better IMO

As for implications of voting huayou out, I’m not sure... I’d like to hear opinions on this ?
