    Considering 10. Approval of Termination Benefits

    As far as the existing people go if they consider someone isnot up to it, maybe a conditional offer of a termination benefit subject to ano dumping shares/options may get rid of them.
    Also they are possibly having trouble getting new quality people to sign on withouta guarantee. This may help.
