At first glance it looks rather grubby to me, unfortunately under the present mgt team the SP is nothing short of a "DISASTER" and worse than most of its peers, mgt need to own this poor performance, really at the end of the day (the failure of the SP) that's probably for SH the key aspect that Mgt should be measured by.
Given the way the company is performing "SP wise" over the past 9 mths, I would be to embarrassed to ask for MORE freebies plus pay increases, probably pay "reductions" should be on the remuneration discussion, at least until Mgt can start to do a better job on the SP.
