Just I've researched Noetic Synergy and found absolutely nothing on them other than what appears to be a one man pop-up company, and a rather convenient one at that!
IMO, BPG would have been in a much better position and probably have a fully working professional looking exchange by now, had they resolved their disagreements with Soarlabs.
Just wondering if you know more about Noetic than is made public?!!
