I expect so but this placement will be carried out at higher prices between 70c to $1 to minimise dilution ie if they want to exerice this route of raising capital. I expect a 3rd CR next year above $1.50 to coincide with the US dual listing. Standing out on a limp here so all this purely conjecture on my part. If they want to position this for the US and for funds to gain exposure into the decentralisation WTP theme to really take off there, anything below $1bn MC is considered too small for serious US centric funds. There is a saying. Expand the shoebox before you can fit an elephant. They need to expand the shoe box to fit their lofty ambitions!
