Under the Corporations Act, the company is obligated to take Resolution 7 to the general meeting because of the prior >25% vote against the remuneration report. It would then take a further 50% of voting rights in favour of a spill to actually cause one.

The board and directors are recommending that shareholders vote against Resolution 7.

"Directors Recommendation: The Directors recommend that Shareholders vote AGAINST Resolution 7. It is the Board’s viewthat, in the circumstances, the holding of a Spill Meeting and removal of all Directors (other thenthe Managing Director) would be significantly disruptive to the Company and would result inunnecessary expense."

There are lots of 'ifs' in all this, and given the intellectual property and technology know how held by someone like our CEO - Fadi, it would be totally ridiculous to vote him out, and IMO of course, will never happen.
