what's the reason this resolution 7 was introduced ? is this any smoke alarm ? without any reasonable Ann. Major share holding selling big time. just before earning Ann(which SIS claiming the strongest Q ).
performance shares not exercised !!
I still like this company and rocking all boxes day by day.. but no strong support line. sorry to depict some negative points
