Solim the AGM is a pretty dull affair where the agenda format is attended too & voted upon & the meeting is then closed.
Upon closing of the meeting the chair then invites questions from the floor . The answers are provided on a non binding basis " off the record"
The chairman's address is usually of more importance than the questions & answers from the floor.( released on the morning of the AGM to the market)
