What the, the directors already putting there hands up for bonuses and as yet have NOT proved themselves before coming on board or to date since being appointed. Now if any of these directors/ceo etc have a reputation like the people at ATS then they can ask for a bonus but to date they haven't done much.
Now this company was telling shareholders over the many years, that there US buying program would improve value to the company big time, WRONG, WRONG, now they want to sell it all and do a share consolation. What shareholders need is replace all the management team with ATS management.
This company has been misleading shareholders for to long.
