Yes, there are two ways of looking at it B. But this is part and parcel of a "yearly event" where Drs get some recognition through issue of options at a discounted conversion value. (BTW some cos just GIVE them heaps.) The work required behind the scenes must have been enormous and on-going and we are finally almost there. So I am not too fussed.
