The performance hurdles are as follows:
Performance Hurdle Performance Rights
12 months continuous employment 750,000 Performance Rights
24 months continuous employment 750,000 Performance Rights
Achieve a market cap of $50m (100% growth) 1.5 million Performance Rights
Achieve a market cap of $60m (140% growth) 1.5 million Performance Rights

These were voted in at the 2015 AGM. (These were for Howard and Murphy (each))
Since then they took the company from a 25m m/c to 13.8m m/c (clearly missing the last two performance rights)

Now the directors wish us to vote in incentives for them to return the company to 20% above the market cap they started with?????
