The Company name should be changed .. it doesn't fit with the direction they are going in. I think the new name is fine. 30 million new shares is interesting... possibly has come about after talks and partners want in.. the extra money will help facilitate a fast outcome. I'm ok with this if it's used to advance the project more quickly. It is dilution yes, but if it advances the project to success with key partners, I don't think anyone is going to loose out. Just don't offer these stupid discounts to the current average trading price ... as we all know what the markets does and hardly any point!
