That WRAYS article is certainly made for the legal fraternity. Hard to digest really but what i get out of it is that BOT have a 'novelty' and an 'inventiveness" quality to EIGHT claims out of what I assume is 32 claims. These successful claims appear to be these - 8 9 10 11 and 26 27 28 29.
I can't actually find out what these individual 29 claims are from the link but the intention of the the WRAYS request from BOT is to seek a preliminary idea about BOT's likelihood of patent success. To be honest, most of the article is outside my pay scale and i could be a little off the beaten track.
That track is well worn now and October it is then folks. Or is it? We have 23 dates for a trading halt starting tomorrow.
