The management and board at Magnis have made some shockingly bad decisions in the last two plus years (imo). Decisions that smack of arrogance and ignorance. First up, they should have done proper due diligence on the c4v claims. A simple question like "how come no one else has shown interest in this in the last two years?" would have been the obvious start. From there it rolls on. They should have asked "why is no one else bidding more than 5 million for the firesale battery machines in North Carolina?" Are MNS so much cleverer than the people who have been in the industry for years? Apparently not. Then the haste and lack of planning. They just jumped in and bought that stuff with absolutely no idea of the next steps (imo). No plans for finance. Off the cuff figures like a 3 gig factory LOL. Big talk in Europe, the minnow boasting to the whale.
Significant news like the sale of Graphite. Some people might have invested thinking that was real. Then nothing more, nix no update. The list goes on. It's not about hidden agendas and bitter ex directors or nasty trolls, it's about astonishment that some of this stuff comes out of a listed public company (imo).
