The AGM is being held in Sydney at the Royal Automobile Club of Australia on Friday, 8 November 2019 at 3:30.

Does anyone else feel that shareholders should be given an update on sales, marketing, and operations prior to voting on the AGM agenda?

I would certainly love an update on the following

Is FGR still expecting to be cashflow positive by the end of December?

The companies that were waiting on FGR to secure NICNAS prior to entering into sales agreements, What has happened to these companies?

REACH - do we have an expected time for FGR to receive band 2 (10-100tpa) is the delay in gaining the approvals effecting FGR's from entering sales agreements in Europe/UK

What has happened to the replacement of the BEST Battery project, FGR announced they had been approached to consider other SC that would use PureGRAPH, is FGR's CRCP grant of $1.5mil still available to use on the new venture, or can the grant be used solely on the commercialisation of the VFD.

GEIC - What is FGR working on at GEIC? It is my understanding that 50% of the membership costs can be used towards a project or projects?

What has happened to FireSTOP? We were in discussion with a number of parties about signing the license rights to use the IP, in the 2018 Annual report suggesting that FireSTOP was to undergo its certification approval in November 2018. Did this fail

What are the results of FGR's first bucket liner, is it still in service?

What has happened with Engage Marine, SupremeSat, VFD, and Chemiplas?

FGR is a tier-one partner of the ARC Graphene Hub, are we still a partner, if so what are they working on for FGR?


Am I being unreasonable about expecting management to provide updates on these?
I guess we will all see what sales figures FGR are generating in the QTR cashflow report that is due later in the month.


Is anyone planning on attending this year's AGM?
