Are these guys taking the piss? You have to ask yourself what planet these guys live on... they have delivered on absolute nothing and continue to destroy shareholder value at an alarming rate, yet they deserve an almost 100% pay rise? How about instead of bumping up the directors fees, why dont the board forgo their fees until they hit commercial production?? Yeah, never...
I was about to pass on compiling a list of all the related party transactions that have happened but this type of blatant money grabbing winds me up. So back into the financials i go.
