I am voting for the new membership . Nothing has given me any indication that the current board give a r.a about the shareholders or are listening . At least Pacific have some decent equity in the company unlike our ceo who whilst claims to have secured several raisings has put not one red cent of his own money on the line . Not really expecting they will win but maybe a sizeable vote against may prompt some inner reflection if nothing else .
An example is again not supporting a teleconference of the AGM . They are a NZ based company listed on ASX. That is not shareholder focused!
