Interesting to see BBB awarded himself an 11% pay rise for the magnificent work rendered over the course of the last 12 months. Up 32k approx from 300k to 332k approx. Meanwhile only 5% of his salary was performance related, so 95% is for what??
Also interesting to see alex received over 150k for 5 months work ie 30,400 per month which was an annual salary of $365k.
Sorry but for me and where this company is I completely fail to see how around 1m dollars a year in directors fees and kmp fees is in any way justifiable. These figures exclude expat benefits.....I wonder what they are, wouldnt be a house or accom would it?
