Considering Bruce is fulfilling the roles of both CEO and Executive Chairman I guess he warrants the salary, if the roles were by separate persons the total would still be the same, possibly more.
The only issue I do have is giving that clown with the silly hat that much money when Tom Currin seems to have accomplishes a hell of a lot more.
