The moral of the story is, a CEO in building process rewards himself once the company is selling product and generating money. I’ve seen many companies diminish due to greedy managers and operators. I’m a strong believer in putting your money where your mouth is. Reward yourself once you’ve reached the production destination. I’m sure all shareholders would be behind Bruce once we reach this goal.
