Pretty much agree. Resolution 6 is really taking the p*ss. This bloke must think we are idiots. He'll probably get this through with the backing of Vimson ( as he's probably promised to sell the shares to them) but we can register a large protest vote. Must vote against Res 1, we can make a difference here. Again I will definitely vote For Res 8 even though he will get it rejected because of his mates he's given all those shares to for nearly f*ck all. He needs to resign, and resign now. SP is a joke and he's still trying to con us.
