    Got the AGM notice in the mail today.
    Any comments from the peanut gallery about resolutions 3 and 4?
    Recommended issue price for 10% Capital Raising is $0.28.
    What is the interaction of such a CR and the action of Ibaera for current holders?
    Does it raise the bar for Ibaera or lower it?
    How can we say the company is worth more than $0.28 a share if the company turns around and offers 10% more shares at the same price Ibaera is offering to existing shareholders?
