Sorry Davisite, I am not able to attend the meetinmg. However, I am inclined to vote down all the resolutions in protest and to show lack of confidence in the Board. Failure to pass Resolution 3 at a second meeting will automatically lead to dismissal of the Board. With SLR currently holding 30% and assuming that SLR will support the resolution, it is still possible to reject it because 75% of votes (votes not total shares) are needed to pass it. I note that they are prevented from issuing shares to SLR until 3 months after their offer was made. However, by the date of the meeting the 3 months will have already expired.
