Isn't Tony Lawry one of the major shareholders? if this is the case... then if a proportional takeover would affect his shares as well. I personally think this is good news as they have a lot of leverage to negotiate and will get the best price possible for themselves and shareholders. I am encouraged as this is what I have been waiting for !!
