Seems they are just asking for the ability to issue shares if and when those existing options are converted .
That’s fine with me.
Guess I’m a bit touchy about the whole options thing after converting less than half of those I held before.
Anyway I’d like to know if they are proposing any new options?
I still think HZR is worth more than $1.... this will be revealed shortly... and management have done a great job this year
