Pretty poor form from GG and Rahul (and the rest of the Board) IMO.
Didn't even have the guts to tell shareholders prior to this, and then just bury it in the NOM for the AGM.
My mind instantly takes me back to when they reduced the CR to the lowest amount possible when the PSF/SYT RTO happened in 2016, because of the revenues being generated. Still remember that announcement like it was yesterday.
The only thing these directors have delivered to shareholders is significant dilution.
