MC at 2.4c is about $2.7million
SYT burn through about that every quarter, so a CR of $2.7million would effectively double the amount of shares on issue, to give enough to last another quarter. ($2.5 mill after expenses)
Effectively your share consolidation is going to be 60:1 post CR on my above numbers and by then the Fox agreement might provide enough revenue to go forward without further dilution.

I took a 30k bath on these but sold out at 0.009. Good luck to all holders for the future.
