Dear Flippa..yes I note all the effort that BB has made since 2016/2017. Point to be made is that he has been suitably rewarded for such achievement within the pertinent review/ reward cycle . What I question is why he should earn incremental ESP at the 70 % reduced price while the SH community looks on in dismay ??

And what rationale is there to support previous Share vesting at 11 C to a 3 C equal alternative ?? Surely SH don’t get the same opportunity to swap out there losses ? And for motivation and shareholder alignment justifying such a proposed grant and conversion ..is our nonsense if not bordering on nepotism.

The ONLY reason we still hand on to the SKI debacle and refuse to draw the line and drive an alliance with an alternate suitable partner is protect BB’s credibility and continuing 800 K cost to company existence.
