Hey Tony,

Thinking your convo with your missus was misinformed, my understanding of the ESP is that the shares they already acquired on a loan basis from the company was at @ 11cps please correct me if wrong, the board now wants those shares accumulated bought down to 3cps, leaving all the other shareholders who have stuck by them and paid well over 3cps at that time showing huge losses whilst they get to feather their own nest off the back of some dubious decision making that shareholders have had to wear the brunt of for over 2 and a half years, so when you look at it correctly the board bought shares at 11cps so they should be held responsible for their investment just like every other shareholder has to, maybe ask your missus if you bought @ 11cps would it be okay for you to grease their palms by allowing them to drop their buy price from 11 down to 3cps and leave shareholders like you who bought @ 11cps in the cold, again if I am wrong please correct me
