30 mil of bens options are a free hit.

The other 45 are tied to developments which I don't mind.
But wouldn't it be nice if they were a discount to sp at the time?

I.e. He gets 14mil options when the first shipment from sconi occurs.
Wouldn't that option be nice? The sp will be 30c if that occurs. Minimum.
