It’s the same argument on why in a placement to soph’s do they get to buy in at 10% below VWAP when the same deal is not offered to mug retailer investors who have to buy on market. We get it mate, it’s all skewed to sophs and the retail guy gets screwed. Can whinge about it till the cows come home.
