Hi Risk 101, just done a little bit of research and I go back to the year ending 2015, . Senetas revenue was $16.2 m and there NET profit after tax was around $4m which resulted in a SP of 16.5c. Now compare this to year ending 2019, revenue was $21.3 m and yet we had a Net LOSS of $463,000 with a SP of around 7.5c. If you look carefully at there figures,they had 2 write offs totalling$ 3.5m, one of which was a loss made by Votiro that theytook on board ???????. Now I put a scenario to you that if there sales for 2020 did not increase on last years figures, but without having to write off$3.5m and taking on board the $3m revenue that Votiro achieved last year, the results for 2020 could be vastly different and could see a SP adjustment. I am going to the AGM and I will be asking FG , why did Senetas take on board a -- $1.65m loss of votiros and put it into its figures????? I f the conpanys sales increase above the 2019 year, I believe that if they have no more write offs, then we should see figures close to 2015 an a SP of ??????>
