It is my belief these two new independent directors are our best chance to at least get a fairer hearing than we have to date, this of course will be borne out by their performance in the next short while.

Spot on Supercat. I will also support the two independent directors by voting FOR them. I will vote against the renumeration report particularly to show my disdain with the board’s attempt to delist FMS and the coercion finding by the TOV, then the exertion payment (that was pre appointment of the two independent directors). Voting against Todd’s boys is a no brainer IMO.
