I’m certain that CE and JG had no part in the decision regarding exertion fees. That decision was pre their appointments. Minority shareholders have whinged about not having what they perceive to be independent directors and now they have two they can vote for, some want them gone! IMO we should be all be supporting them unless someone can provide evidence to the contrary. I will definitely be voting for the two independent directors.
