another brilliant decision.. give 3 mgmt execs 12.5 million SARs, i.e. equates to 4.77% of the issued capital... no matter what you think of my views, this is ridiculous, shareholders have been hurting for so long and the Board & mgmt are rewarding themselves at the lowest point of the share price.. for WHAT? we need to vote against this... because it'll cost the company millions
