please please jackofall... you can't be serious, come on!! you know even if the share price stays at 50c these SARs will cost the company close to $5 million in cash (that is what the 3 execs will make!!)... cash is really really important for a junior...

i would suggest give 8 million options (i.e. 3% of the issued capital when converted) with a strike price of at least 60c.. not SARs granted with only time based conditions attached..! no company does that
