Resolution 1: is standard BUT it is SH's opportunity to vote against and if more than 25% against it will be counted as the first strike. If this mob still survive and they get a second strike next year, then the board spills.
Resolution 2: you have got to be joking.
Resolutions 3-5: If you search the entire history of stock market to find any worse resolutions to shove it up share holders, you wound not find any.
I am voting AGAINST ALL RESOLUTIONS.
