Bring these functions in house or outsource to an accountable independent organisation. Perhaps a transparent contract review and tender process would be in order.

Standard practice in most organisations is three quotes for anything over a threshold amount. Pretty sure AGMPL's fees would break any reasonable threshold.

Hard to take a company seriously that doesn't conduct business in a manner consistent with expected standard practices.

I only see AGMPL as a drag on the potential success of this business. Prove they add value or scuttle the relationship.
