    resolution 2 states it is only 'advisory' and the bod may not adopt the resolution.. then later it states if it's not voted in a 'spill motion' and so forth.. is the mention of a spill of the board a standard thing as have seen it once b4..? I take it it's not to be seen as 'vote this in or we spill the board'...?
    also would like to know how many if any of the companies mrs Feldman founded made a profit...
