12 month low 3.4c could potentially be broken next week. No interest & no believers & anyone who bought in CR underwater & will probably stay underwater for a while. Problem is they just have no money even after CR . We were supposed to have 4 shallow draft barges by mid 19 for transportation of coal in B/ River ok it was non binding but when will one stick & actually happen to give holders some sort of confidence.
