I don’t think the Resolution 2 makes Mr Manzoori an Exec Director. Where did you see that?

I’m going look at all resolutions more closely over the next few days. However, my initial reaction is that there’s no way I’m giving Mr Manzoori my vote.

He is the Exec Chairman of FGF (which I hold) and I’ve posted in that HotCooper forum about poor governance just recently. FGF has been suspended at it looks like it will exit the ASX. How on earth do you drive a company into that position???

I haven’t seen any commentary from CT1 that Mr Manzoori has used his connections to advance CCP. Recently he made his first CT1 on-market share purchase... $12k. That doesn’t scream investor credentials to me. His CV says one thing and his actions seem to suggest another.

So I will vote ‘no’ to Resolution 2. He should not be allowed to parachute from FGF to CT1.

btw, I’m very interested in Resolution 5... shares in lieu of cash repayment of a loan... what loan?
