correct me if im wrong but braham owns circa 12%. doesn't jones (i.e. porter street investments) own way more than that if you count all the in the money options (2c options, 60M). Also, if they are exercised then it will dilute braham more. i know option don't count for voting purposes but once jones knows the numbers he can just exercise some options and fait accompli (all a waste of time really).
