well, l got my AGM paperwork today, it's all pretty much a foregone conclusion that the BOD will do whatever they want, with their 140,000,000 votes of their own to cast along with the policy that anyone who does not explicitly vote will have their votes cast by the BOD in favour of all resolutions. None of us really have any say. That said, at least they are getting paid in options, which, hopefully get exercised in the coming year thus showing the BOD has faith in the companies future.
